Who are We?
Camp Bohdi Inc is a Community Development Corporation (CDC), incorporated in 2020 in Rome, Georgia.
What is a Community Development Corporation?
Community development corporations (CDCs) are 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations that arecreated to support and revitalize communities, especially those that are impoverished or struggling. CDCs often deal with the development of affordable housing. They can also be involved in a wide range of community services that meet local needs such as education, job training, healthcare, commercial development, and other social programs.
Camp Bohdi’s Mission is to create a sustainable future by researching and developing best living practices, and educating others on how to execute those practices to become self-sufficient and self sustaining individuals.
The Vision of Camp Bohdi Inc, is to create multiple small communities of individuals that work in a cohesive manner to insure human, social, economic, and environmental Sustainability. The individuals of said communities will research and develop new and innovative ways to live in a manner that provides Human, Social, Economic & Environmental Sustainability and also reverses the negative impact humanity has had on the environment.
